Key Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of image algorithm applications, integrating the latest advancements in computer vision and AI.
- Develop, optimize, and implement models for engineering use.
- Reproduce and validate state-of-the-art image processing and deep learning techniques.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and translate innovations into team knowledge.
- Collaborate with application, hardware, and software engineering teams.
- Manage or assist in leading the image algorithm team.
Qualifications
- PhD (or equivalent from a top university) in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Over 5 years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or deep learning.
- Strong expertise in image processing, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Scikit-learn, SkImage).
- Hands-on experience with human pose estimation, action recognition, digital human animation, or point cloud processing.
- Proficient in model selection, development, and validation based on application needs.
- Skilled in at least one programming language for model development and verification.
- Familiar with multi-modal network architectures and sensor technologies (Camera, RGB-D, Lidar).
- Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
